Daily Workshop for Organizations

Is the atmosphere in your organization affected by inner tension, fears, or limiting beliefs?

Your team is powerful, but sometimes the inner “demons”—or as Eden (of blessed memory) used to say, “the monkey has been released” 🙈—can become a challenge.
Whether it’s fears, limiting beliefs, blockages, “monkeys,” or inner demons, they can lead to conflicts, reduce cooperation, and harm the organization’s success. They may intensify anger, resentment, and stress, making challenges even harder to manage.

So how do you deal with it? Instead of fighting them—you can simply… bypass them!

The “Bypassing the Monkey” Workshop was created out of personal experiences I shared with Eden, where we discovered that when we learn to bypass our inner demons (our “monkeys”) instead of fighting them—we open the way to success and progress.
It’s like choosing to cross to the other side of the street to avoid someone you’d rather not meet, or finding an alternate route when your path is blocked.

This workshop is designed not only to identify these “monkeys,” but also to provide practical, applicable tools that create a calmer, more creative, and growth-oriented atmosphere in your organization.
Participants learn how to bypass their inner obstacles—reducing tension, boosting creativity, improving customer service, and increasing organizational success and sales.

It helps resolve disagreements in a healthy, constructive way, enhances teamwork, fosters creativity, upgrades customer service, and drives sales growth.

The workshop is delivered in a warm, humorous, and inspiring atmosphere, where each participant learns how to apply the tools both in professional and personal life.

Who is it for?
Organizations that wish to improve work quality, develop healthy collaboration, and enhance organizational success by creating a positive, growth-oriented atmosphere.
